ADDITIONAL FINISHES
SATIN FINISH, SANDING AND BRUSHING
The sanding department is equipped with a Costa machine for the satin finish, sanding and brushing for overall maximum width of 1180mm and maximum weight of 150Kg per piece.
Type of grain:
- Grain 80
- Grain 120
- Grain 240
- Grain 320 (scotch brite).
Brushing the pieces removes the sharp edge created during laser cutting. This allows us to offer our customers satin finished details also where satin sheet material is not available.
TUMBLING
We use a dry tumbler for finishing small details in aluminium and stainless steel.
